Step 1 — Gather your data first
Open TikTok on your phone.
Tap:
Profile → TikTok Studio → Analytics
On the Overview tab, write down:
- total video views (last 28 days)
- profile views
- net new followers
- total likes
Next, go to:

Look at your last 10 videos.
For each one, write down:
- title or topic
- views
- likes
- average watch time
To find watch time:
👉 tap each video → scroll to Key Metrics
Then go to:
👉 Followers

Now you have real data.
Step 2 — Feed it into AI
Open ChatGPT or Claude.
Paste this:
“I am a TikTok creator in the fragrance and creator education space. Here is my data from the last 28 days. Total views: [number]. New followers: [number]. Total likes: [number]. My last 10 videos and their performance: [list each video title and its views, likes, and watch duration]. My audience is [percentage] female, [percentage] male. Top age group is [age range]. Top country is [country]. Based on this data, tell me:
- which content is performing best and why
- what time patterns I should consider
- what my engagement rate is and if it is strong or weak
- what specific content I should make more of”
This turns your data into direction.
Step 3 — Ask better follow-up questions
Now go deeper.
Ask:
“Which of my videos had the best watch duration relative to its length and what does that tell me about my hooks?”
“Based on my audience demographics, what content would most likely perform best for this group?”
This is where AI becomes useful.
Not just answers…

What to do with the answers
Keep it simple.
Do not change everything.

Then:
- post 5 to 10 videos
- review results
- adjust again
